Report: North Korea 'resumes work on nuclear reactor'

A new report says North Korea has resumed work on one of its nuclear reactors. These satellite images from the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University, appear to show that work on an outer containment building is almost finished. Analysts say North Korea may be preparing to conduct a third nuclear test, perhaps using highly enriched uranium for the first time.
