Happy Birthday Stephen Stephen, You are such a WONDERFUL friend, man of God, leader, watcher and brother! We all love you very much and appreciate all you have done in this generation. The day the Lord blessed this world with you, who would accomplish so much for His kingdom, is a day that we are all celebrating with you. Wishing you the BEST birthday EVER! Stephen,we are all so blessed to have You in our lives.In starting this forum you gave countless people around the World a safe place to meet. Rapture Watch is a church,really.It is a place of comfort,information,edification and so much more.It was a tough beginning and the way has not been an easy one. Kj, I was just reading Psalm103 and verse 5. The JFB Commentary says :- "By God’s provision, the saint retains a youthful vigor like the eagles (Psa_92:14; compare Isa_40:31)."
I celebrated my 35th birthday in a discipleship house (Aquila house) at a place called Eagleby, Brisbane. The house was a place that street kids and youth at risk where discipled. I use to live there. I got my training from VYC and Teen Challenge back in those days. It was headed by pastor Bob Engwicht. Anyway in saying all that .... the scripture verse we had for the house was Isaiah 40:31 .... which lines up with the verse you gave me Kj.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
I do believe it ..... Thank you and Blessings my old friend.

Diane:- It has been an interesting ride. I always feel ill equipped for what the Lord called me to do so many years ago. I have learned that He is not ill equipped. I think Paul said it best in 2Cor 12:10 ... "Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I stron" We can do all things in Christ ..... Thank you for all you have done to support and encourage me. Thank you and blessings sister.

Happy Birthday Steve! Thank you so much for this site. It has been a great blessing to me and my family. God bless you and may He give you the strength to continue to do His work. I would say I hope you have many more birthdays but I really am praying we all go home in the rapture before your next birthday. Now that would be the ultimate birthday gift! Have a great day! | |
